The site provides free browser tools for personal and non-commercial use. We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service at any time.
Most tools process your files and data locally in your browser and do not transmit them to us. A small number of tools require network access to function — for example the media players need the stream URL you supply, and speech features depend on your browser's own speech services. Where a tool accesses the network, the tool page states this.
- Ensure that content you upload, enter or process does not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not use the site for attacks, malware distribution, resource abuse or service disruption.
- Results from cryptography and calculator tools are informational and are not legal, financial, medical or security advice.
- The site is provided “as is” without express or implied guarantees of accuracy, completeness or fitness.
- Currency, tax and BMI results are for reference only; rely on official sources or qualified professionals. Currency and tax calculations use reference rates built into the tool rather than a live market feed, so they may lag current rates.
- Your files stay on your device. We do not receive the files you select or the content you process. If your browser or device loses that data, we cannot recover it — save your results before closing the tab.
- Browser-dependent features vary. Tools that rely on capabilities built into your browser or operating system, such as speech recognition and text-to-speech, produce output of varying quality depending on that environment.
- Advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and selected by Google, not by us. We do not endorse advertised products or services, and we are not responsible for advertiser content, landing pages or the goods and services they offer.
- Third-party services. Some tools send requests to URLs you supply (for example the media players retrieve the stream you provide). We do not control those endpoints and are not responsible for their content or availability.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss caused by using the site.
The site design, code and branding are protected by copyright law. Intellectual property in files you process remains with you or the original rights holder.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first resolve disputes through friendly consultation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent court where the site operator is located.
